主讲人简介：

Jim Gao is the CHRO & Vice President of Bright Scholar with more than 20 years’ experiences  in HR management.

Jim Gao used to be the manager in OCT Group, Gemdale Group, etc. major in  branding and HR management.  Prior to his joining to Bright Scholar, Jim was the consulting Director of Aon Hewitt.

Jim has strong expertise in organization development, compensation，performance and talent management.  

Jim was graduated from PeKing University and got International MBA degree in the joint program of Peking University and the National University of Singapore.  

毕业于北京大学光华管理学院。现任博实乐教育集团首席人力官兼副总裁，兼任碧桂园集团新业务事业部人力总经理。曾任Aon Hewitt 怡安翰威特咨询总监；并曾在华侨城集团、金地集团任职。
